Changing Conditions Create New Approaches

September 21, 2007

I was intrigued to read yesterday’s article by Jeff Richgels of the Capital Times regarding Century 21 Agent Neil Mathweg’s new approach to getting buyer’s and seller’s together in this “changing market”.  You can see the article here.

Of interest to me was the quote by Realtor Association of South Central Wisconsin’s Exec. Director John Deininger stating that “Brining buyers and sellers together is what being a Realtor is all about”.  John is right on the mark.  Neil’s creativity seems right on the mark as well.    Especially considering his office is located in Sun Prairie, one of the market areas with the most amount of housing inventory currently being offered for sale vs. the absorbtion rate of the past 2 years.  The authors of The Gardyn just posted some great statistics regarding our real estate market that you might want to check out here

Bottom line, changing conditions create the need for “out of the box” thinking like Mathweg is demonstrating.  I’ve admired his fast rise as a highly successful real estate agent over the past few years.  This is just another example of his talent and passion for building a great real estate business.

Congratulations Neil and best of luck with the website!
